So this a pic that I found at my momz place of me when I was a wee-one. I'm not sure how old I was here maybe 8? It's so weird going through old albums of yourself and seeing yourself when you were mad young. It's all good tho, I was still killing the girls even in Primary schol. Chesa boy! HAHA!
Moving along so if you remember I had a banner up on the site bout 5th Floor performing live. Anyway I'm sure its been a good coupla years since these guys have actually gigged. So this is the place and the support wasnt too bad at all on the night. the peeps came out in their numbers.

Anyway Martymar was MCing for the evening and he held it down. Kept the crowd in check and shit.
And then we were all treated to a nice suprise performance by Vicky. My gawd can this woman sing! Jeezus! I swear if she plays her cards right she could very easily go big on the South African market. For real!

And Big Man Penada aka The Simple Guy was there too. HAHA, this cat is so funny! We were hanging out the other day and had just consumed like a bunch of litres of beer between the five of us all he kept saying was: "Me, I'm a simple guy. I dont want much outta life". Doesnt sound so funny now but it was hilarious when we were hanging. 
And the Retro Girl was there too. Apparently she used to have a blog too but tha disappeared into thin air. It was quite entertaining.
As always I was hanging wit me Julie. She says the show was good which is a good thing cause she can be very picky bout her music. So if that's anything to go by then maybe you should listen to it too. So if you want a copy holla!
Now this is one crazy ass dude. He's from Canada and shit and everytime I bump into this cat its all bout orgies and all typsa crazy talk. He's always got me in stitches whenever I hang wit him. Pity he's left tho...

Oh yeah I remember Yang was giving us all these little pink markings above the eye and I really have no idea why. After a while pretty much every one in the club had one. I dont know what she was celebrating but it was kinda weird to me.
See, even Ant has one. Yeah the night was good and we got down after the performance and had a good time. I think they even threw us out cause we were the last people there. Holleration to the 5th for the good night!
The Streetz
You know the one thing I have come to appreciate about being a student is being able to just hang out in the streets at like weird times. Okay maybe their not that weird but if you work in an office chances are you'll never see Muslims praying at Mosque on Friday afternoon. I've known about it for years and this was the first time I saw it with my eyes.
Or even seeing striking workers is a rare thing. 
And for some reason this guy decided to blast that thing into my ear. Like thats gonna make things any better. I've always wondered what the fuck people are doing when I go to a store on a random weekday afternoon and its full of people. Guess I'm one of them now.

Birthday Celebrations
So I have this funny thing of not wanting to celbrate my birthday. Not that I'm being weird about it or anything but I just dont really think that it's a big deal or anything. Anyway, me Julie thought that was a bit strange and convinced me to actually do it proper. So I decided to do a little something at a place called Beleza but weirdly enough there was another guy I mnet who's birthday was on the same day. One thing led to another and he was doing his thing at the exact same place. Funny how things work innit?
HAHA, this guy in the middle is sofa king funny. He's the owner of the place but he';s got a sailor's tongue. But I'm sure he was happy that night cause he's never seen his spot so full in his life. HAHA!
